About Us

We bridge the digital divide for seniors by offering bilingual, accessible digital literacy training through trusted community organizations across Quebec and Ontario and the rest of Canada.

Our mission is simple: empower our seniors to feel confident, capable, and connected in today’s digital world.

We are driven by a clear social mission to protect and empower seniors online. Every year, thousands of older adults face the risks of cybercrime, fraud, and social isolation. Our programs help prevent these challenges by teaching seniors to browse safely, recognize scams, and stay connected with family, friends, and their communities. Beyond technology, we build confidence, inclusion, and digital independence one learner at a time.

With over 20 years of experience in adult education and training design, Jacques Hamel brings deep expertise to the field of senior digital literacy.

His professional background includes:

  • Former Training Manager at Hewitt (Caterpillar)
  • Director of Training at Laurentide Controls
  • Designer of 100+ bilingual training programs
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
  • Specialist in adult learning and technology adoption

Jacques personally oversees each program to ensure quality, accessibility, and measurable impact for every partner organization and participant.

We believe every senior deserves to feel confident, connected, and safe in the digital world. Our approach is grounded in empathy, simplicity, and empowerment:

  • Patient & Supportive – We move at the learner’s pace, step by step.
  • Practical & Relevant – We teach real-world skills seniors can use every day.
  • Safe & Secure – Every session emphasizes online safety and fraud prevention.
  • Accessible & Engaging – Large-print materials, visual aids, and hands-on guidance make learning easy for everyone.

Together, we’re not just teaching technology we’re opening doors to connection, creativity, and confidence.

We envision a future where every senior feels safe, confident, and included in the digital world. Our goal is to eliminate barriers to technology by creating lifelong learning opportunities that foster independence, connection, and well-being. Through collaboration with community organizations, we aim to make digital literacy a universal right not a privilege for all older adults across Canada.

Together, we can make a lasting difference.
